The district includes two contributing buildings, three contributing sites, and one contributing structure. The two buildings are the Isabella Furnace Office (c. 1800), a two-story stone building with Georgian interior detail, and the Yager Spring House (c. 1800), a two-story stone dwelling with a large cooking fireplace and a stone and frame addition made in 1965. Both buildings have metal-sheathed gable roofs.
